Role and Responsibility Prepare toolbox talk Deliver Training at Client Location. Able to travel anywhere in India. Prepare monthly statistics Prepare the checklist Accident reports Management meetings Arrange the safety classes/training Arrange monthly safety bulletin Equipment Inspection Arrange first aid training classes Arrange safety competitions like quiz, slogan, poster competitions exhibition etc. Conduct safety toolbox talk and Induction for new employees at workplace. Provide information to workers about SOP, Hazards, and risk and work methods. Monitor site work and guide workers, engineers and supervisors to work safely. Maintain discipline and safety awareness at the workplace Provide required PPEs with good quality at the workplace. Inspect all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and provide feedback to purchase team for further improvement. Conduct daily meetings with workers, supervisor and engineer at the workplace. Conduct safety inspection/audit at the workplace and submit the report to the concern person. Investigate the near miss, incident, and accident and first aid cases. Participate in monthly safety meetings. Accident reporting. Attend management meeting. Prepare monthly safety statistics report.

Worked on social media profile optimisation, Creating relevant posts Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Managed and monitored lead acquisition campaigns for clients to gain maximum walk-ins and conversions. Website auditing and doing On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO on the website. Analyze data from various sources, such as web analytics, social media metrics, and customer feedback, toidentify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
