We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Telesales Caller to connect with potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results Required Skills & Qualifications:- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
