⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Unprofessional and Toxic Environment I had a very negative experience working at McMillan Technology. The management is extremely unprofessional and driven by ego rather than leadership. There is little to no respect for employee well-being. Unpaid salary: I was not paid for my final month of work, despite completing my responsibilities. Multiple follow-ups were ignored. Work-life balance: The official hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but if you arrive even a minute late, you’re met with severe disapproval or unnecessary punishment. At the same time, staying late is expected and not appreciated. Weekend work: Working on Saturdays and Sundays is forced, with no compensation or prior notice. There is no regard for personal time or rest. Toxic culture: The environment is full of fear and ego-driven decisions. Employees are treated unfairly and not supported.
