Roles & Responsibilities:Proficient in executing work using intelligent 3D CAD systems like PDMS, E3D & MDS. Experienced in using AutoCAD.Work with Lead, engineers to develop concepts/Conceptual studies, Equipment Layouts/ Safety & Escape Route Layouts for piping designs effectively meet project requirements.Modeling of Equipment & Pipe routings in accordance with P&IDs, equipment data sheets, and stress requirements using PDMS.Extraction/Preparation of Equipment layout drawings, Piping GADs, Pipe Support GADS, Safety layouts, Special Pipe Supports.Modelling of Pipe support in MDS in line with industry standards, and client specifications.Extraction and annotation of Isometrics and supports drawings from 3D PDMS Model.Review of Vendor drawings and implement in design.Perform Clash checks, Data Consistency checks prior to issuance of AFC deliverables.Co-ordinate with Inter-disciplines in timely manner to avoid rework for finalizing the Piping design.Prepare MTOs-Piping Bulk, Insulation & Pipe Support.Plan and deliver assigned tasks accurately within the agreed time frame.Prioritize activities and effectively manage conflicting deadlines ensuring continued progress to meet the schedule. Proactively provide Lead Designer with status updates.Good knowledge on international codes & standards.Education:BE MechanicalExperience:5+ years relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on piping design for Offshore Oil and Gas facilities Wellhead platforms, Fixed Process Platforms, FPSO topsides modules & Turret Mooring System

SENIOR ENGINEER (PIPING)Education Experience Bachelor Degree in Mechanical (or Diploma with addl. 10+ years experience) 10+ yrs with Consultants or EPC contractor in Oil and Gas industry.Additional Skill Sets Good knowledge of piping design techniques and analysis methods, fabrication yard procedures and onshore / offshore equipment. Exposure to statutory requirements and codes applicable to onshore / offshore Oil and Gas industry.Reports To Supervises Lead Engineer Engineers / Lead Designer / Designers Coordinate With Other Engineering Disciplines, Document Controller, Project Engineering, Customer Discipline Engineer, Construction, Commissioning group and vendors.Responsibilities and AuthoritiesFamiliarize with the scope of work. Monitor changes in scope of work and raises change notification to the Lead Engineer.Prepare / Review of engineering documents like calculations, specifications, philosophies, datasheets and drawings to ensure compliance with specification and functional integrity.Provide technical directions and inputs to drafting personnel. Carry-out single discipline checking of discipline documents / deliverables for the project. Carry-out IDC for other discipline document / deliverables as per the approved IDC matrix. Co-ordinate with other discipline / departments.Attend Project review meetings and project co-ordination meetings in the absence of Lead Engineer.Participate in technical review meetings (like piping 3D model review etc.) Review of Vendor documents. To implement QMS within the discipline.To ensure Quality Control throughout the discipline, works with the Quality Management System and participate in regular quality audits.Follow all applicable procedures and work instructions. Keep continual improvement as a goal and apply Lessons Learnt on the past projects for better performance.Review of Piping design document. Preparation of piping specifications and data sheets.

Job descriptionCandidates should be graduates in Electrical Engineering with 10 to 20 years Design experience in EPC industry, and should be familiar with Power Distribution Equipment, 3D Modelling, Layout Drawings and Design Calculations. Familiarity in ETAP is an added advantage. In addition , excellent oral & written communication skill in English needed.He should be familiar in Electrical Heat Tracing, Heat Tracing Design software and 3D modelling software.Handling Heat Tracing projects, individually in all aspect as mentioned below:1.
