Job Role: Health Advisor -- Location: Mayura Hospitals, Miyapur Roles & Responsibilities 1. Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp chats received through our CRM and AIintegrated communication system. 2. Convert inbound leads into patients through online and offline consultations. 3. Assist patients with guidance, follow-ups, and appointment coordination. 4. Learn and support patient basic health checks such as BP, BMI, and other vitals. 5. Gain knowledge about diseases, therapies, pharmacy medicines, hospital software, and AI Ring systems connected with Mayura Hospitals. Training & Growth Complete training will be provided for all activities and hospital operations. Initial role will be as a Health Advisor with opportunities to grow into advanced responsibilities. Practical exposure to patient handling, therapies, healthcare systems, and hospital operations. Rewards & Recognition Best Performer Awards every 6 months or yearly.
