Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting of the company's financial position, liquidity, and cash flow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting transactions, processing tax payments and returns, preparing budget forecasts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all accounting transactions and maintain financial records.- Prepare accurate budget forecasts and MIS reports for management review.- Publish financial statements on time and ensure compliance with accounting standards.- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for financial reporting.- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate records.- Ensure timely bank payments and manage bank reconciliations.- Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns (GST, ITR, TDS, etc.) on time.- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.- Provide regular reports on the company's financial health and liquidity.- Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.- File GST, ITR, TDS, and other statutory returns in a timely manner.Skills and Experience:- 4-7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.- Strong proficiency in Tally, Visual GEMS FA, and Excel (advanced functions and report creation).- Deep understanding of GST and other tax regulations.- Experience in managing bank reconciliations, tax calculations, and financial audits.- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budget forecasting, and MIS reports.- Ability to ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
