A PHP Developer is responsible for creating and implementing an array of Web-based products using PHP, MySQL, Ajax, and JavaScript. You develop back-end components, connect the application with other web services, and assist front-end developers by ensuring their work integrates with the application. Also, you might be asked to develop and integrate plug-ins for popular frameworks.Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop, record and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications using Code Igniter FRAMEWORKDevelopment of internal portals using PHP, HTML, CSS, JS & JQueryUtilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services APILead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to deliveryRefactor, optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scaleUse test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature qualityCoordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project managerKeep updated & use best practices in web developmentPrevious working experience as a PHP Developer for Minimum 1 year(s)User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environmentsHands-on Experience with PHP Code Igniter & Restful FrameworkProficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, JQueryExcellent relational database skills with MySQLExperience with building restful JSON web servicesUnderstanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
