We are Hiring: Graphic Designer Location: Gurugram (Onsite, Full-time) Experience: 1 - 2 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeAre you passionate about visual storytelling and bringing ideas to life through design? We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us craft engaging visuals across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding projects Develop and refine logos, print designs, and marketing collateral Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices Prepare production-ready files for digital and print distribution Manage multiple design tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support creative strategy Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house) Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital & print design work Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus) Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Experience with video editing & motion graphics preferred High creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with motion graphics or animation Knowledge of branding and campaign design Familiarity with UI/UX basics Education:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities A dynamic, creative, and collaborative work environment Exposure to exciting digital and branding projects Opportunities to learn new tools and expand your design skillset 5-day working week with a healthy work-life balance Ready to create with us?Send your resume & portfolio tomohit@maxlence.com.au
