They should be able to work under the immediate supervision of the team leader or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The candidate should be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions.The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area with good command of the English language.Freshers are welcome.We are hiring for both BPO Voice & Non-Voice processes.
