Responsibilities:-Follow the Tele-calling effort matrix on a daily, weekly & monthly basis-Achieve given targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis-Understand customer needs and requirementsRequirements-Minimum 06 months experience in B2C sales. Insurance/Health care domain experience will be an added advantage.-Proficient in speaking English & Hindi languages. Other Indian languages are added advantage.-Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as Oral & verbal communication skills.-Highly goal-oriented with customer first attitude.-Ready to work in fast-paced environments and adaptable and thrive in changing environment-Should be a graduate or undergraduate with a minimum 1-year work experienceDesignation : Inside Sales SpecialistProcess : Outbound SalesWorking Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMWorking Days: 6 days working(Monday to Saturday)Office Location: Gurgaon (Work from the office)
