Purchase Orders: Oversee the creation and approval of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Budget Oversight: Manage the purchasing budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
