We are looking for an Executive Mechanical Maintenance to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that all mechanical systems and machinery are running smoothly and efficiently. You should have a diploma in a relevant field and 2 to 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Routine Maintenance:** Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure they operate efficiently.- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.- **Repairs:** Perform repairs on mechanical components and equipment, utilizing tools and machinery as necessary.- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on machines to track performance and identify recurring issues.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with other departments to understand their mechanical needs and provide timely support.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and their maintenance. You should be detail-oriented, showcasing problem-solving skills to effectively handle breakdowns. Experience in using various tools and machinery is essential. Good communication skills are expected, as you will need to interact with team members and other departments. A proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to work independently in a full-time office environment is essential. Males are preferred for this position.
