Sales Support for Green Field / Brown Field Projectsa. Visit the client. Understand his requirements.b. Prepare the concept drawings in 2D drawing in AutoCAD as per norms of utility boards / electrical inspector.c. Work out the estimates and BOQ for Electrical work.d. Presentation to the clients for proposed plant. Project Coordination during Executiona. Preparation of DBR, Concept drawings, Tender Drawings, BOQ, Estimate, Tender documents, bidding, tender evaluations, shop drawing approvals, work inspection at site and issuance of work completion certificate.b. Lead the design project from DBR to release of Electrical work Completion Certificate, which covers DBR, tender drawings, BOQ, estimates, tender bids, shop drawings, site visits.c. Scheduling of the project in Microsoft Office / Google sheets and tracking of the same.d. Coordination / Follow up with Designers (Architect, Structural, PEB Process Layout, MEP) and client for design basis / technical or any input / approvals on the drawings.e. Review of document / drawings submitted by Designers. Modification in the drawings, if required.f. Ensure compliance of all statutory norms / rules in the drawings and same time incorporation of all suggestions / comments / site requirements of the clients.g. Submission of drawings required for statutory approvals in the format of respective authority. h. Periodically site visits with designers for work inspections / site issue resolutionsi. Design project daily / weekly / monthly report submission to client.j. Project cost monitoring and control, Billing certifications. Drawing checking and approvals of third-party vendors. Certification of Electrical Installations. Audits of Existing Electrical Installations. Submission of project status to management.

Searching for new clients Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers and generate business. Implement marketing strategies, Brand Building with supporting on line corporate communications, websites, brochures, presentations and advertising. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Attend the enquiries received from client. Preparing technical proposal with detailed estimation sheet (Materials type, Materials Quantity and Material cost). Coordinate with clients & finalize the order by agreeing terms and conditions Follow up the client time to-time after submission of offers & negotiation for closing the orders. Maintaining the status of offers after tracking with the clients. Administering client accounts. Offering after-sales support services and addressing client problems and issues. Meeting sales targets Reports to Management

Visit the site. Understand the customer requirement and convert this in to Drawing and BOQ format. Get the technical scope validated from client. After finalization of technical scope with client, prepare the offer for the same and submit to client. Prepare the shop drawings of the job, get it approved from client and handed over to Execution Team.

Shall able to lead the Electrical Industrial Project. Shall have good experience in DBR, Concept Drawing, Detailed Drawings with all required back up calculations for Electrical System. Lead the discussion with client and get all drawings / concept drawings approved. Preparation of tender / bids docs. Techno Commercial Evaluations of the Vendors / Suppliers and recommend for the ordering, Approval of Shop drawings prepared by the contractors, Site Inspection and address site issues.

Shall able to lead the Fire Industrial Project. Shall have good experience in DBR, Concept Drawing, Detailed Drawings with all required back up calculations for Fire Sprinker, Fire Hydrant and Fire Detection System. Lead the discussion with client and get all drawings / concept drawings approved. Preparation of tender / bids docs. Techno Commercial Evaluations of the Vendors / Suppliers and recommend for the ordering, Approval of Shop drawings prepared by the contractors, Site Inspection and address site issues.

Lead the Design Team from Architect and MEP. Single Point Contact for the client for complete Infrastructure Design from Architecture, Structural, Civil and MEP. Good Coordination within Design Team and Client. Responsible for completing the Design work as per client requirements and Schedule. Design checking and Validation of the design data, drawings before sending to the client. Drawings Documentations, MOMS, Follow-up for approvals with clients. Issue of GFC drawings, Visit the construction site and resolve the construction issues with coordination of respective designer, Preparation of schedules in MSP.
