Chef Relations Manager is responsible for cultivating our network of chefs - onboarding new chefs, and designing outreach and engagement events.

Responsibilities will include:

Onboarding 30 new chefs each month, to supply our hub in Kochi.
Engagement events on a weekly and monthly basis to keep chefs interested in Masalabox.
Managing and coordination with Chefs regarding schedules and quality of food
Maintaining an availability schedule of all chefs.
Designing weekly menus.
Managing a team of photographer.
Building a team of crowd sourced tasters, who accompany the manager on tastings and photo shoot.
Supporting the tech and content development team with item descriptions, menu updation.
Qualifications :

First and foremost, you're a food lover - who lives to try new dishes and engage people through food. A people person - in this job, your phone will be ringing constantly and there are a lot of people that need your attention.
Understand cuisines and food pairings - you'll be designing menus on our site Highly organized and able to give attention to details, and manage competing demands on your time.
Strong Communicator, both verbal and written - in English, Hindi and a regional language
Not afraid to put in long hours when needed, and extremely flexible to accommodate the company's needs - this is not a job for people who want a 9 - 5 desk job
Willing to travel [work travel is reimbursed] Knowledgeable about Kochi's geography
