JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to work Independently in Tablets,Caps, External Preparation & OralLiquid. Familiar with all production execution activities in the Manufacturing areas as per Eu-GMP,cGMP, WHO-GMP, etc. and preparation of Registration dossier. To carry out daily morning meeting with Sr. officers & officers regarding DPRagainst our daily expected productivity. To keep effective communication with production department regarding allproduction activity or any problem created during production and packing activity& execute the problem as per discussion. Organizing daily & weekly job responsibilities to Sr. officers & officers regardingproduction and packing activity as per their efficiency. To ensure that all the working personnel involved in the critical manufacturingactivities are properly trained against the regulatory requirements and Industrialcompliance. Responsible for updating formulation to produce required quality products atdesired productivity level . Handling of Deviations and change controls . Optimum utilization of available Manpower and achievement of monthly , annualtargets. To draw manufacturing schedule as per monthly and weekly basis . Formulating and implementing strategies for achieving annual business goals forthe division & managing overall operations of the unit. Driving operations including planning, man/material/process management andimplementation of cost control methods. Achieving required production targets by proper planning of man, material andmachines. Ensure proper training to Technician and casual workmen . Coordination with other dept. i.e. Store, QA ,QC ,Maintenance, HR for Smoothfunctioning of prod. Activity . Review & Preparation of Master Documents like: SOP's, BMR's, BPR's, Monthly production plan and to ensure the product availability as per themarketing requirement & controlling the inventory as per the norms. Coordination with supply chain department.
