Provide one-on-one support and guidance as needed to help children reach their full potential. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements. Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to foster parental involvement in their child's education. Collaborate with parents to support their child's learning and development both at school and at home. Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities provided by Maple Bear. Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education, child development research, and relevant educational trends.
