Balance Sheet Microsoft Excel Spread Sheet
We are hiring a reliable, experienced accountant based in India to manage spreadsheets, financial tracking, and multi-currency records. This is a long-term, full-time role with weekend coverage (shorter hours), ideal for someone who is organized, fluent in English, and comfortable working remotely.Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting spreadsheets (daily and weekly) Reconcile payments in GBP, USD, EUR, and INR Track inventory and supplier bills Assist in preparing profit/loss, balance sheets, and basic forecasts Record currency conversions accurately Organize and store digital invoices and payment confirmations Communicate regularly with internal and external teams Support weekend financial tasks (light load on Sat/Sun)Requirements: 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Knowledge of multi-currency financial management Excellent English communication (spoken & written) Ability to work remotely full-time, including weekends Own laptop & stable internet connectionPreferred: ACCA, CA Inter, or similar qualification Prior experience with UK clients or companies Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Zoho, or Xero
