Your work Responsibilities are as follows: -----1. Doing Market Survey periodically every after 3 months or as per requirement or as & when told by the seniors to see the current rates, stage of const. etc. 2. Attending property exhibitions at different locations in Pune, PCMC Area & outside Pune. Retail Business In Pune City Also3. Telemarketing, Attending Telephone enquiries & explaining project on the phone for marketing the flats to prospective purchasers, visiting the corporate companies for marketing & any other marketing related work i.e. visiting Purchasers / Office / Residence along with brochure for marketing of our Flats. 4. Attending site enquiries, explaining about our project, then Showing them Sample Flat personally & then converting them into Prospective Buyer. 5. Making monthly Report, Payment enquiry report, Exhibition Report or any other reports as & when required.6. Doing all other work related to Marketing & sales as & when told by your seniors/superiors/ Management.Please let us know if you are still interested in pursuing this role.
