We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and must exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable condition.Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges where required.Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and documentation.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front office operations.Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at the front desk.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer-oriented with a warm and professional demeanor.Ability to handle pressure and resolve queries or complaints gracefully.
