Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare and deliver lessons to elementary school students: Create engaging and educational lesson plans for various subjects such as mathematics, science, language arts, and social studies.2. Assess student progress and provide feedback: Regularly evaluate student performance through assessments and provide feedback to help students improve.3. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment: Ensure the classroom is a welcoming and safe space for all students to learn and collaborate.4. Communicate with parents and school staff: Keep parents informed about their child's progress and collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning.5. Participate in professional development activities: Stay updated on best practices in education and participate in training sessions to improve teaching skills.Required Skills and Expectations:- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with a B.Ed certification.- Proven experience working as a primary school teacher, preferably 1-5 years.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.- Patience and empathy to support students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities and keep track of student progress.- Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
