Functional Responsibilities: Execute the development of new applications, system improvements, customizations and modifications and ensure compliance with business requirements and provide guidance for the resolution of potential discrepancies. Periodically test the efficiency of the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance. Execute User Acceptance Testing to determine whether the system satisfies the acceptance criteria of the customer. Conducting software tests to find the software bugs which would hamper the quality of the software. Implement required tests and controls for the solutions developed, to ensure compliance with required quality standards compatibility with existing systems and functionality with business operations.

-Scan and analyze the current and past database of queries, requests, and complaints across platforms, synthesizing insights to understand customer concerns. -Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for prevention or correction across various verticals based on the scanning results. -Utilize CRM technology and relevant tools to gather, interpret, and manage data points, ensuring effective execution of CRM activities for Malabar Gold & Diamonds. -Oversee the setup of CRM software in new stores, ensuring seamless integration and functionality while coordinating with the technical team. -Train store staff on CRM operations, emphasizing the benefits, processes, and importance of generating in-store data to enhance customer engagement. - Monitor CRM performance, analyzing metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, and report findings to senior management for strategy refinement.

Functional Responsibilities Develop and maintain PimCore application to ensure robust performance and functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and improvements in PimCore. Design and implement efficient data models and workflows within the PimCore framework. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PimCore application to ensure seamless user experience. Manage and close Level 2 (L2) support tickets promptly, providing effective solutions to reported issues. Document technical processes, configurations, and changes related to PimCore development and L2 ticket resolutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of development and support tasks.
