Job Title: Telecom TechnicianLocation: __________________Job Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 03 Years (Freshers can apply)Salary: As per industry standardsVacancies: ___ Positions Job ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment on mobile towers.Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) of BTS, microwave, RF equipment, and power systems.Ensure proper functioning of network equipment and resolve technical issues on-site.Handle fault rectification, alarms, and service outages in coordination with the NOC team.Perform tower climbing safely while following all safety standards and SOPs.Check and maintain power supply systems including DG, battery bank, PIU, MCB panel, etc.Prepare site visit reports, maintenance logs, and documentation after every task.Handle basic electrical and RF measurements using tools (Clamp meter, VSWR meter, Site Master, etc.).Support new site integration and commissioning when required.Ensure all work is performed following safety regulations and company standards. Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, or relevant field.Basic knowledge of telecom equipment (BTS, Microwave, RF, Antennas).Ability to climb towers (with safety harness).Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.Good communication skills and team coordination.Willingness to travel and work on field sites.
