About UsWe are a small but established Ayurvedic raw materials trading business looking for a dependable Sales Assistant. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, handling sales communication, coordinating with suppliers, and managing basic administrative work.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales and follow-up calls to customers and suppliers.Negotiate purchase rates and coordinate with different suppliers based on product grades.Maintain rate sheets, data entries, and product records using MS Excel; prepare documents using MS Word; handle daily email communication.Organize files, manage paperwork, and support routine backend tasks.Learn and understand the trading workflow over time to help improve efficiency.QualificationsBasic English for calls and emails; strong command of local language(s).Good communication skills and phone etiquette.Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.Prior sales or admin experience is a plus but not mandatory.
