Responsibilities:Stock and sort suppliesVacuum, clean, dust and polish guest roomsMake beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletriesDeliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boardsEnsure security of guest rooms and privacy of guestsPerform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets) as requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:A secondary school diploma is preferredPhysical mobility and stamina requiredAbility to follow instructionDetail-orientedProfessional attitude is requiredAbility to work independentlyExcellent time management skillsBondable is generally requiredPrevious customer service experience may be requiredGood communication skills are an assetGood organizational skillsWorkplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is an asset
