We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Sanand. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical fitting and hold an I.T.I. qualification.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Assembly of Equipment:** Assemble mechanical parts and systems from technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precise fit and proper functionality.- **Maintenance and Repair:** Perform regular maintenance on machinery and repair any mechanical issues that arise, minimizing downtime in production.- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, using measuring tools and equipment.- **Collaboration with Team:** Work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure effective communication and teamwork in project execution.- **Troubleshooting:** Identify mechanical problems and devise effective solutions to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and components, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role. Good communication skills are expected to collaborate effectively with team members. The mechanical fitter should be physically capable of handling machinery and working in a factory environment. Job involves operating of imported coating lines in a team of 4-5 skilled teammates.
