Designation: L1 Technical SupportEngineer ( International Voice support Only Males)
L1 Technical SupportEngineer Voice process
Education: Any Graduate( Any B. E/ Any B. Tech will be an added advantage)
Work and Interview Location:Bangalore
Experience Level: 0-4yrs
Only males are eligible
CTC details: 17000CTC - 18500CTC, + Shift Allowances of 3k - 6K
Skills Required: i). Should have excellent communication skills.
ii). Should be Flexible to work in any Shifts
iii). Should be ready to work in voicesupport.
Transportation Facility: Two way cab(Door step)
Job Description:
.Installing,troubleshootingandsolvingnetworkissuesofHPprintersoncomputerswithWindowsoperatingsystemProvidingtechnicalassistanceforConsumer/commercialportable,
ThinClient,CommercialDesktop,WorkStation,Printerusers,servicepartnersandresellers
. Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
. Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way
. Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
. Ability to multi-task and prioritize
. Ability to manage commitments to customer, manager etc
. Ability to diagnose problems and take corrective action
. Ability to escalate as appropriate
