We are looking for an experienced, motivated Laser Therapist/Specialist to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough skin analysis to determine suitable laser and cosmetic treatmentsAdminister a range of laser procedures, including but not limited to Hair ReductionOperate advanced equipment such as LED, Microdermabrasion, Oxygen Infusion, Mesotherapy, and othersDevelop personalized treatment plans and conduct ongoing follow-ups with patientsCollect relevant medical histories, maintain records, and uphold high standards of patient documentationPerform procedures efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional attitudeAddress client questions and concerns, providing knowledgeable and approachable guidancePromote clinic services and products to support clinic growthUphold the clinics standards of patient care, with a focus on meeting set financial and service targetsRequirements:Qualified Laser Therapist/Specialist with 2+ years of experience in cosmetic laser treatments (experience with Diode & Nd:YAG lasers is preferred)Background in dermatology or cosmetic surgery is advantageousHighly motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional ethics, a proactive approach, and dedication to patient careFluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of Gujarati is a plusCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesProfessional growth in a progressive, expanding clinicOpportunity to work with the best of team and lasers and machines.If you are passionate about helping others achieve their skincare and cosmetic goals and want to be a part of a team dedicated to excellence.
