As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing financial documentationPrepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial informationAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statementsMonitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collectionsConduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsAssist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projectionsSupport the annual audit process and liaise with auditors as requiredStay updated with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends, including knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations
