Responsibilities: 1. Giving valuable inputs to Sales and Marketing Manager in planning of a customized annual national sales strategy, including but not limited to distributors, doctors, hospitals, and institutions2. Identify competitive opportunities within the market and advice decisively to Sales and Marketing Manager ways to capitalize on opportunities on a continual basis3. Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager in preparing monthly forecasting, sales planning, and other initiatives demanding field and customers input.4. Regularly meet the distributors, doctors, hospitals and institutions5. Build rapport with distributors, doctors and purchase departments to gain the knowledge of rapid selling brands in the domain and any other useful feedback6. Review and support day to day activities of Executive-Sales Operation7. Responsible to set-up surveys with key customers leveraging their feedback for effective sales strategy and/or innovation8. Manage entire North Zone and allocated part of NCR 9. Ensure effective planning of field travel Requirements: 1. Currently in a sales management role for ophthalmologic medical devices2. Considerable experience working across geographical regions in India, with impressive sales growth record3. At least 5 years experience leading commercial activities in ophthalmic medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry with experience including, marketing plan development, selecting and managing distributors, and key account management4. Hand on experience on working on India Mart and other online marketing and sales portals5. Possess good leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate and impact people and results remotely6. Responsibilities: 1. Inspection & testing of incoming raw material as per specifications and prepare IAR (Incoming analysis report)2. Inspection & testing of in-process material as per specifications and prepare inspection reports3. Inspection & testing of finished products as per specifications and prepare inspection reports (certificate of analysis)4. Verify BPR (Batch production records) and complete them by attaching required test reports.5. Analysis of customer complaints related to quality issues and do the root cause analysis.6. Documentation support of R & D projects related to quality control.7. Inspection and preparation of records as per ISO & CE standards related to QC department.8. Validation & calibration of various instruments & equipment used in production and QC.9. Approval of all artworks (boxes, labels, IFUs etc) as per approved artworks. 10. Preparation of SOPs related to QC department and their implementation.11. Preparation of documents and records for various audits - Drug department, ISO, CE & customer audits12. Ensuring compliance of standards and processes within various departments related to QC.13. Plan and conduct stability studies (accelerated & real time) of various devices and keep a record of the same. 14. Microbiology testing of product samples and environmental monitoring.Requirements: 1. Work experience should be minimum 3-4 years in a medical device manufacturing organization.2. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office3. Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies4. Understanding of manufacturing methods and quality standards5. Good at math and statistics6. Strong problem-solving skills7. A confident and determined approach8. Excellent organizational & time management skills9. Strong Knowledge of Accounting Entries, Knowledge of TDS, GST & Invoicing & Revenue Recognition, Reconciliations, etc.3. Proficiency in BUSY software is added advantage.4.
