Handle complete import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.).Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and shipping lines.Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.Apply for and manage IEC, RCMC, EPCG, Advance License, etc.Track payments, LC documentation, and bank coordination.Maintain proper records of shipments and documentation.Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers.Handle export incentives and government scheme documentation (if applicable).Prepare MIS reports related to imports and exports.
