Experience: 1 to 3 Years experience in Sales/Electronics Sales Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication.CTC & Salary Range: Rs. 3,00,343/- to Rs. 5,46,112/- per annum; (In-Hand: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.Sales Incentives: Up to Rs.1,20,000/- or plus (+) per annum, that is Rs. 10,000/- or plus (+) per month purely based on Target Achievements..Desirable Skills: Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both verbal and written). Good Convincing skills. Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give technical details/know how of Electronic Products/Components and is approachable to the Customers/Clients. We are looking for someone who has good Sales knowledge and experience about electronic products and components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on. Basically, someone who has worked in Sales/Technical( Electronics) Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.Job Responsibilities: Achieving the Sales targets. Maintaining the Average margins. New Customer additions and Customer retention. Analyze customers/clients needs and Consult them accordingly. Recommend products, equipments or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements. Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients. Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles.
