Chat Engagement: Engage with website visitors through live chat, answer inquiries, and guide them towards product information or purchase. Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate product benefits, answer queries, and convince prospects to convert into customers. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns or issues promptly. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.Qualifications:Fluent in English and Hindi with clear and articulate communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.A persuasive and customer-focused attitude.Basic computer skills for chat interactions and data entry.Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
