The Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse include the following:Take detail patient handover.Assess the Assigned PatientAssess the needs of patient and give care according to priority.Carry out all bedside nursing activities and document appropriately in billing chart and computer.Carry out Doctors order.Admission & Discharge ProcessPharmacy Indents.ReferralsLab Investigations, Procedures, Medical Equipments, Doctors Visits etc.Maintain daily investigation chart.Patient bedside medicines & double sighting of the drug chart.Maintain crash trolley & stock inventoryAny delay or problem regarding patient care or procedure that should be inform to ward In charge.Any adverse events occur in your ward that should be notified to ward in charge.In busy environment seek help from colleagues or in chargeBe aware about aseptic technique & strictly follow.Be aware about all procedures
