As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products or services. This role requires strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to effectively engage with clients.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Make Outbound Calls:** Call a list of potential customers to introduce and promote our services. Your goal is to create interest and encourage them to consider our offerings.- **Provide Information:** Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers. You should be able to answer their questions accurately and provide helpful information to support their decision-making.- **Record Calls and Interactions:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. This information is crucial for future reference and helps improve outreach strategies.- **Follow Up with Leads:** Reach out to leads who have shown interest in our services but have not made a decision yet. Your follow-ups can often lead to successful conversions.- **Meet Targets:** Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. This requires persistence and dedication to improve performance continuously.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Must have completed at least 10th grade education. - Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not necessary, but enthusiasm for the role is essential.- Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial for engaging effectively with customers.- A friendly and positive attitude will help you build rapport and trust with clients.- Basic computer skills are needed to record data and follow up on leads efficiently. This role is based in Mansarovar Colony, and you will be working from the office full-time.
