JOB DESCRIPTION:v Good communication skills and Making powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio.v Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environmentv Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clientsv Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful salesv Maintain strong clients relationship and high level of customer service.v Providing necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members.v Maintaining consistent average productivity.v Give sales presentations related to tours & travels packages to the families already invited at venue.v Candidate will directly report to venue only no need to anywhere for sales.v Sales will be done over the venue only.v Male/Female BothJob Type: Full-time

ResponsibilitiesPresenting the products and services to the customers.Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.Working in collaboration with the team members.Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.Writing sales contracts as per the companys requirements.Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics.Understanding the current market potentials.Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.Building a positive relationship with the customers.Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting clients with planning and making reservations.Suggesting local tourists' attractions and places.Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the clients.Communicating with the Front Desk to confirm the reservation.Explaining to the clients about the services the company offers.Answering the clients' questions and complaints.Providing the clients with additional services or special services.Selling insurance packages to the clients.Maintaining customer's detailed information.Sorting out any issues which may arise during online payments.Offering customer service to the client in regards to the cancellation of reservations.Providing excellent customer services and customer satisfaction.Managing all the guest's emails and calls.Ensuring compliance to all security and safety standards.
