We are looking for 2 Quality Control Executive Posts in Avinashi, Tirupur with deep knowledge in Inspection and Testing, Quality Management Systems, Measurement Tools and Required Educational Qualification is any Bachelor Degree

1.Fabric Weight Verification Check the GSM (grams per square meter) of fabric panels after cutting. Ensure fabric weight is within the buyers tolerance range. Compare actual cut weight against the standard weight.2. Cut Panel Inspection Inspect cut panels for defects such as holes, stains, or shading issues. Ensure panels are cut according to marker specifications.3. Record Keeping Maintain daily records of checked styles, panel weights, and deviations. Log non-conformities and report to the QC manager or supervisor.4. Quality Standards Compliance Verify that the cut panels meet the quality standards set by buyers or internal SOPs. Flag any variations in fabric weight or construction.5. Communication and Coordination Coordinate with cutting, spreading, and fabric QC departments. Inform relevant departments if any irregularities are found.6. Spot Checks Perform random spot checks during cutting operations. Help prevent bulk issues before garments proceed to stitching.7. Reporting Non-Conformance Report any discrepancies or quality issues related to weight or fabric to the production and quality teams. Recommend corrective actions where necessary.8. Support Audits Assist during internal and external quality audits related to fabric and cutting

Material Handling.o Carry fabrics, trims, and accessories from stores to different departments.o Move semi-finished and finished garments between processes (e.g., stitching to finishing).2. Support to Operators.o Assist tailors, machine operators, or QC staff during production.o Pass tools, hold garments, or help in placing items on machines.3. Housekeeping and Cleanlinesso Keep the work area clean and free of clutter.o Dispose of fabric waste and scraps properly.4. Tagging and Labellingo Attach tags, size stickers, or labels as instructed.o Support barcode or price tag application if required.5. Folding and Sortingo Help in folding garments after ironing or finishing.o Sort garments by size, colour, or order before packing.6. Packing Assistanceo Support the packing team by placing garments in polybags or cartons.o Help in taping, labelling, and stacking cartons.7. Cutting Room Support (if assigned)o Lay fabrics or help in marker placement.o Collect and arrange cut panels properly.8. Finishing Room Supporto Bring accessories or packing materials.o Hand over garments to the QC team or supervisor

Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field.10-12 years of experience in manufacturing management. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. 1. IT Infrastructure ManagementMaintain and troubleshoot hardware (computers, printers, bar code scanners, bio metric devices, etc.) used in garment production units and offices. Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across factory and office premises.Manage data backup, storage, and recovery processes. 2. Software & ERP SupportProvide support for ERP/garment industry-specific software (such as SAP, Tally, or customized production planning systems).Coordinate with vendors for software updates, troubleshooting, and integration with production processes.Train staff on using ERP modules for merchandising, production, inventory, and accounts.3. Data Security & ComplianceEnsure data security, antivirus updates, and firewall protection.Monitor user access rights to protect sensitive company data.Support compliance with IT and audit requirements.4. Production & Operations SupportAssist production teams with IT-enabled machines (e.g., CAD systems, automated cutting/printing systems).Troubleshoot IT-related issues in production lines without hampering workflow.Support barcode/RFID-based inventory and warehouse management systems.5. User Support & TrainingProvide first-level IT support to employees across departments.Conduct training sessions on IT tools, emails, and ERP usage.Document recurring issues and preventive solutions.Note: Candidates with relevant garments industry experience will be considered. Need to entry details in SAP FICO software.SAP Knowledge must (without SAP knowledge kindly don't apply) Maintain and update daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and payments.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.Monitor garment production costs, raw material purchases, and overhead expenses.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.Assist in cost analysis for fabric, trims, and garment production processes.Liaise with banks for payments, LC (Letter of Credit), and other financing requirements.Coordinate with production, merchandising, and procurement teams for financial planning.Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
