Lucky Media production is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Direct Marketing department and convert our leads into paid customers.Responsibilities:Ensure your team converts leads, keeps existing customers/clients, and increases sales by recognizing your target audiences pain points, wants, and needs and advertising the most suitable products to themPlan Direct Marketing activities to target our leads directly and convert them into paid customersUse CRM techniques, such as email personalization and segmentation, loyalty programs, and tailored targeted marketing, to nurture relationships with existing clients/customers to achieve greater retentionConduct and coordinate research of your target audience to create offers tailored to their preferencesEnsure brand messaging is consistent across all online and offline channelsRequirements:2+ years of experience in Marketing or ManagementBachelors degree Database marketing experience Excellent strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking skillsStrong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projectsExceptional verbal and written communication skills
