Monitor, check and register Company on various procurement websites, government portals of PSUs and othertenderSearch portals and identify tenders on daily basis which may bring useful business to the company.Prepare the MIS regarding RFQ and RFP to be submitted and already submitted.Find out new Tender through website, newspaper and various other sources for the company as per the criteriagiven by upper management.Understand the complete tendering process by thoroughly analysing the tender documents and by coordinatingwith the Tender offering company.Prepare the checklist for the Projects approved by Management to analyse the requirement of client andeligibility of the company.Being up to date in registration of company on the portals of various esteemed clients like Border RoadOrganization, NHAI, MOR &TH, PWD, CPWD, GDA, NTPC etc.Attend pre-bid meetings regularly with seniors and raising the queries if necessitated.Preparation of detailed synopsis of floated RFPs and discussing with internal departments if necessitated.
