Handle the entire production process right from planning to execution within the laid down cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Review production schedules in line with order requirements in order to make decisions concerning raw material / staff requirements, work procedures.

Appointing labor and purchasing stock toward the smooth running of the production process. Preparing cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring laborers. Overseeing quality control throughout the production process. Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.

Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of product / business activity. Analyzing data collected and recording results to calculate various overhead, labor and other factor of production rates.
