We are seeking 2 skilled and experienced Back Office Operations executives to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent documentation, call handling, and MIS skills. The candidates should also be passionate about what they do.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate records of all paperwork, including filing and documentation. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing assistance and information to customers. Prepare and present MIS reports to the management team.Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the Financefield. Decent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
