A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote financial products such as loans, investments, and insurance. They explain product details, answer queries, and guide customers through the application process. Telecallers also follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and aim to achieve daily or weekly sales targets. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to handle rejection positively are important. Freshers are welcome, and training is usually provided to help them understand the services and improve their calling skills.
