User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, providing timely and effective support to users. Event Management: Organize and manage community events such as webinars and online discussions to foster engagement and knowledge sharing. Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and enhance user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community activities with overall company goals.Requirement Experience: 4-5 years of experience in growing and managing communities.
