Responsibilities:Accounting and Taxation:Maintaining accounting records including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable.Reconciling bank accounts and keeping the general ledger up to date.Preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, GST).Audit:Conducting statutory audit of financial statements as per accounting standards.Tax audit as per the Income Tax Act (Section 44AB).Handling of GST:Monthly filing of GST returns (GSTR3B and GSTR1 forms).Preparation of GST annual report (GSTR9) and reconciliation statement (for turnover above INR 20 million/50 million).Documentation and Certification:Obtaining certifications for clients: IEC, LUT, GST, MSME, etc.
