Job Summary:We are looking for a Collection Telecaller to manage customer payment follow-ups, collect pending dues, and maintain healthy customer relationships through effective communication.Key Responsibilities:Call customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.Follow up on outstanding collections through phone calls and messages.Explain payment options and resolve customer queries.Maintain records of calls and collection status.Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates.Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.Maintain professionalism and customer service standards.Update CRM or collection systems regularly.Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred).Basic computer knowledge.Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate.Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
