An RCM Executive would be responsible for managing the billing coding, insurance verification and payment analysis within a revenue cycle management system. Responsibility: Claim Submission:Electronic, and paper claim submission would be required using PMS and other tools Policy and Procedure Management: remaining updated with CMS guidelines and consistently updating the knowledge database, understanding of clearing house policies, Timely filing, out of pocket. Verification and authorization:Analyzing patient plan benefits, checking eligibility and obtaining pre-authorization if required. Ensure timely and accurate payment processing: Ensuring that payments from payers for the services provided are accurately collected and processed Maintain accurate and complete billing records: Maintain accurate and complete billing records in revenue cycle management is essential for healthcare facilities to track patient care episodes and ensure proper payment from payers based on the services provided Qualifications: Science Or Pharma Graduate or equivalent. 01-year experience in RCM.
