1. Coordination with Project and Sales Team.2. Capture the sites or projects that we have completed or in progress3. Feed the important points from the project engineer with regards to the site/projects completed or in -progress both4. Help in case studies, Blogs, Research, etc5. Understanding industry trends, latest events6. Collect the customers reviews, testimonial, etc.

1. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.2. Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.3. Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.4. Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis5. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.6. Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.7. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.

Ensure that the equipment specified is correct for the installation. Produce system schematics including audio, video, control, power. Produce rack layouts. Design metalwork work such as input plates and wall boxes Work closely with the project managers and clients to ensure that all requirements specified areaccounted for. Communicate any site requirements such as IT and FM dependencies. Co-ordinate the production of M&E drawings with the CAD team Communicate required system functionality to the control system programmer. Liaise with 3rd party trades/subcontractors to ensure smooth integration. Test system racks to ensure they meet the requirements identifying and rectify faults prior to shipping. Commission equipment to the highest standard on site, including programming of audio DSPs, setupof digital video systems and setup of video conferencing systems. Provide technical support for the duration of the project.

Installation of speakers, projectors , VCs, etc. suggesting areas for installation, troubleshooting, and providing customers with operating instructions.
