Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients through phone, email, and in person.Understand client needs and share them with the design and production teams.Provide updates on project timelines, order status, and deliveries.Handle client complaints or issues quickly and professionally.Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.Build long-term relationships with key customers and keep them engaged.Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or tracking systems.Follow up after project completion to ensure client satisfaction.

A detail-oriented Estimator to calculate the cost of interior design and furniture projects. You will study drawings and plans, estimate the materials, labor, and time needed, and prepare cost summaries for clients and the sales team

Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities for interior work and furniture installation.Read and understand design drawings and ensure correct execution on-site.Manage and guide workers, subcontractors, and technicians.Ensure the quality of work meets design standards and client expectations.Keep the site clean, organized, and safe at all times.Coordinate with designers, project managers, and suppliers.Monitor progress and update the team regularly.Solve on-site problems quickly and efficiently.
