*Company Description* Lernx is a digital learning platform offering a wide range of pocket friendly programs such as online courses, industrial training programs, certification programs, 1-to-1 mentorships as well as placement preparations.*Role Description* This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support HR operations and work closely with HR Managers and Executive staff to assist and complete HR-related tasks, such as recruiting and selecting candidates and managing payroll and benefits. The HR Intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee files and records.*Qualifications* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Working towards a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates may also apply)Good communication and leadership skills Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus*INTERNSHIP DURATION:* 2 Months Remote Internship.Perks and Benefits:Various Certificates- Performance based Stipend (up to 10K)Letter of recommendationPPO( if you perform really well)
