Looking for a candidate who has 7+ years experience in architectural interiors using 2D and 3D Softwares.Project management: Managing projects from concept to completion, including defining project requirements and schedules, setting costs, and supervising work progress.Establish high-level design objectives to fulfill client projects.Communication: Collaborating with other professionals and clients, explaining industry jargon, and expressing ideas.Attention to detail: Inspecting materials, checking for damage on furniture and ensuring the space is clean and tidy before clients view the finished project.Creativity: Using imagination and creative flair to create unique and aesthetically pleasing spaces.Familiarity with design applications and software: Being able to draw, read and edit blueprints.Design architectural interiors using 2D and 3D software.Proficient with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Revit, etc.Leadership and team management: Initiating mentorship programs, integrating sustainable design principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Research: Researching and following industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.Collaboration: Working closely with designers, architects, and contractors.
