Company conversion from Private to Public and vice versa, Company Incorporation, Drafting MOA, AOA, ROC Compliances, Drafting of Agreements relating to issue of securities & obtaining various approvals from authorities, Handling all Company Law Compliances including various statutory ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings on MCA portal, Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time

Having knowledge of Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.* Having good experience with back-end programming languages like: PHP,Node.js, Express.js.* Having good experience using advanced JavaScript and their libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS.* Knowledge of API design and development.* Design overall architecture of the web application.* Having knowledge of Database technologies like MySQL.* Having knowledge of Libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap.* Development experience for both mobile and desktop.* Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git).* Work on multiple websites and mobile apps run by the company.* Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineeringTeam.* Coordinate with other tech members.

Should have knowledge of Compliances, Balance sheet filing, ITR, GST and TDS return filing and can finalize the same individually, Can manage an accounts team, company clients, resolve team queries and clients queries, (main experience in books finalization, auditing, tax audit, ITR of companies, should be up to date with Income tax laws & company laws w.r.t. companies, GST and TDS compliances), Should handle all accounts and accounts Reconciliation. Hand on Tally ERP 9 latest version, advance excel, any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
